Our Mission

Our goal at Abella Home Staging and Redesign is to increase traffic to your house by maximizing your homes appeals to a wide range of buyers. We do this by accentuating the positive features.
With our proven techniques, buyers will “feel” an emotional connection to your home. Turning them from prospective buyers to potential home owner. Without spending a lot of money, our home staging techniques will save you thousand of dollars.

Home sellers currently attempting to entice potential buyers lower their asking price on average by $10,000. This is approximately ten times the cost of home staging. For that reason, staging cost sufficiently less than a price reduction.

We provide professional, fast, budget-minded and attention-to-detail service. Whether staging to sell or staging to dwell, our services relieve the frustration of not knowing how to pull a room together.

Decorating  a New Home on a budget!

Decorating a new home on a budget doesn’t have to be difficult. Buying a home can limit your decorating budget but you can still decorate without spending a fortune. Here are just a few suggestion to get you started.

  • Work with the style of your home furnishings. Get rid of the furniture you don’t want  and add some new pieces to give it a different look and feel.
  • When  my son moved out on his own, he had a very limited budget. So we went on Craig’s list and ebay to search for furniture  pieces. We were able to find some really nice pieces and at a very reasonable price.
  • If you have mismatched sofa, use covers to pull the room together. Cover existing pillows to coordinate the look.
  • Wall art can be expensive, a inexpensive way to get more for your money is by going to the store and buying decorative wall paper that is on sale. You can them cut out pieces to fit your frame and you have n inexpensive but beautiful wall art.
  • Start small and work to add pieces as you go. Don’t  try to finish a room all at once. Add quality pieces as your budget will allow. Over time you will have completely the room.

Be patience. Decorating a new home on a budget takes time. If you rush the process you may regret it. Allow time to make it your own. and your house will eventually feel like a home!
