Home sellers currently attempting to entice potential buyers lower their asking price on average by $10,000. This is approximately ten times the cost of home staging. For that reason, staging cost sufficiently less than a price reduction.

Consultation  & Report ( Top Ten) 

After performing an interior and exterior examination of your home, we will asses your home and provide general recommendations, such as furniture placement, paint colors and accessories. At the end of the consultation, a Top Ten report will be provided. Following the consultation, we will email you a proposal,customizing the services needed to get your house ready to be put on the market. You will have the options to complete the work yourself or we can implement the changes needed. (Price based on 2,500 sq ft. Additional fee applies for larger home; $300-400)

2 Hr Consultation & 2 Hr Staging Package (BEST VALUE):

We will perform a 2 hour consultation (no report), asses your home and provided recommendations. At a later schedule date, we will return for another 2  hours to implement those changes. If more time is required there is a $100 /hr fee. This does not included any accessories we may have recommended. This is a great deal! This package is a must before your home goes on the market. (Price based on 2,500 sq ft.)

1 Hour walk & Talk 

This is for the home owner whose house is just about ready, but may need a little expert advice. This does not include a report. Following the consultation, if you so desire, we can email you a proposal, customizing the services needed to get your house ready to be put on the market. You have the options of completing the work yourself,  or we can implement the changes needed.

Full Day Staging Services (BEST VALUE):

This service is for homes that need a little more attention and are less then 2,500 square feet. We spend a full day making dramatic transformations to your home.  You won’t believe the difference a day can make!  You’ll walk away with a show-ready home, photos for your agents marketing efforts. The Abella Home Staging and Redesign consultant will be working from our Top Ten Report provided for you during the previous staging consultation. We will bring in accessories to complete the look of each room, you will have the option to buy or rent these accessories. Your home will be transformed into a buyer dream.We will provide great photos for your agent’s marketing efforts.

Half Day Staging 

This service is for those homes that just need a little extra attention and are less than 2,500 square feet. The Abella Home Staging and Redesign consultant will be working from our Top Ten Report provided for you during the previous consultation. We will bring in accessories to complete the look of each room, you will have the option to buy or rent these accessories.  We will try to use the existing furnishing and accessories to keep your cost low. When we are done, your home will be “show ready”. We will provide great photos for your agent’s marketing efforts.

Hourly Home Staging  

This is for the home owner whose house is just about ready but needs a little help. Whether it’s adding a few accessories or tweaking the placement of furniture. We will come in and complete the look for you.

Stage to Dwell 

New Home? Not selling but want to update your current home. We can help accent your best feature, help with the placement of furniture, even suggest color scheme, window treatment and much more. Using what you own and adding elements to transform your house into your dream home.

Vacant Homes varies depending on size:

A vacant house is the most difficult to sell. Why? Because buyers can not visualize the homes potential. Staging a vacant house will highlight all the architectural features giving buyers a sense of home that would have otherwise  gone unnoticed.

Open House or New Listing Weekend 

You have only one chance to make a good impression! Don’t take the chance your house won’t make that impression. Using a detailed action plan provided during the staging consultation, we will take two full days to get your home ready for an open house. We will help with  furniture placement, light cleaning and light de cluttering. We will use most of your  accessories and bring in some key items to complete the look needed to transform your house (except soft furnishings) for 1 months. After the first month,there will be a charge for the rental accessoeires.We will give your home that “WOW” factor that buyers are looking for.

Shopping Services 

Being a Home Stagers has its benefits. And one of those benefits are discounts we receive. We can shop with you or we can purchase these items for you. Either way inexpensive accessories go a long way to making a house fell like a “Warm Cozy Home”.

Color Consultation 

Afraid to “choose colors”? Don’t be! Color charts can be overwhelming. We will assist you in making the right choice. Whether your putting your house on the market or redesigning your current home, we can help. We will go room to room and pick out all the colors necessary to transform your home.

Light De Cluttering/ Space Planning 

Nothing overwhelms people more than an clutter home, work space or closet. We can help you eliminate or even consolidate the clutter, work with furniture arrangement to get the best use of space. We will work with you, whether you’re putting your house on the market or simply  de cluttering your home for maximum use of space.
