The total cost to completely furnish these rooms came out to be around $2,050. The client already had the TV, living room floor lamp, bedspread and microwave. In most cases, the home owners already has most of the furnishing, so we are working with existing furniture. We may decide to add new furniture pieces if needed and new accessories to change and update the look of the room! Not every client will need to completely furnish each room so the cost won’t be as much.
In the end we accomplished the desire look the client want and stayed within the budget. Choosing to spend the money on better pieces such as the sofa, baker’s rack, dining set, console and office desk, even though we purchased these items on Craig’s list.
